The establishment goal of Nevşehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry and of all the other Chambers is to meet the common needs of its members, to make the professional activities easier, to develop the trade in line with the general benefits; to give priority to honesty and confidence in the relations between the members and the people to maintain the discipline, ethics and solidarity of the profession.

Nevşehir Chamber of  Commerce and Industry started its activities in 1926.

Nevşehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry has 2000 Active members as of 2005.

There are 11 Different groups of professions in NCCI. These groups of professions elect their “Profession Committees” which consists of 33 members once every four years. In addition, the Profession Commitees form the authoritative branch called “Chamber Assembly”. Each group of profession elect 3 members for the Chamber Assembly, which consist 33 members. The Chamber Assembly elects its Executive Board, which is the executive branch and is composed of 9 Members. With the same election method, the Executive Board nominate their President, Vice-Presidents and Accountant Member. The Assembly is elected for a period of four years and the Executive Board is elected for a period two years The legal representative of the Chamber is the President of the Executive Board.
